Maintain my weight week 2 day 9

THIS WEEK I WILL WORK ON FLAT STOMACK AND HANDS, FOR THIS I WILL FOLLOW THIS ROUTINE: 1. exercise every day, do resistance training 2. drink water with lemon and ginger 3. eat as little sweets as possible 4. eat smaller portions but often 5. use apple cider vinegar 6. keep walking a lot 7. do mindfuo eating 8.reduce stress level 9.eat eggs, almonds, oats, greek youghurt, milk, kefir, brocoli, tuna, fish, peanuts, kefir, some youghurst, pickles , eat nuts, seeds, avocados, olive oil. 10. drink tea and coffee  To day i found out that my cholosterol is high- 6.4, so t lower it, i have to follow: 1. eat food that lowers cholosterol: avocado, oats, beans, nuts,  Apples, grapes, strawberries, citrus fruits, garlic. 2.  eat less sugar 3. eat fish not 3 but 2 times a day. TRY NOT TO OVERATE LESS SWEETS (for flat tommy) 8:00 For breakfast i had fried on 2 spoons of oil swordfish with onion. I also ate vegetable salad with sour cream. Then i had green tea and went for a walk. 11:00 For snack i had rice and cococnut drink. I also went to another town for a walk. I walked for about 3 hours.   For lunch i had pancake with cream, strawberry and maple syrop.   Then i had herbal tea. 5:00 For dinner i hadsmoked salmon with vegetables, then i had buttermilk with piece of chocolate 7:00 as a snack i had peanuts Today i decided not to do exercise and see how my body will react on it Weigh in the morning:53.9 weight at night:  54.7

Maintain my weight week 1 day 6

8:00 Today, for breakfast i had baked egg with onion, salmon, a bit of rainbow trout, spring onion, avocado. Then i had green tea and went for a walk. 11:00 as a snack i had few macaroons (4) with camomile tea, i also ate 4 rice crackers .  At 1:00 for lunch i had baked potato with rainbow trout, vegetable salad with sour cream . Yummy! Then i ate 3 more macaroons. ..  Seriously, when it comes to sweets- cant control myself... At 5:00 because i overate sweetsw i decided to eat light dinner: 3 rice crackers. And then i went crazy with dats and dry fruits.  Then i also ate a lot of nuts... Dont know whats wrong with me... Then i went for a walk.   Then i did some exercise (for hands and tommy, because thats what i focus on) Weight in the morning: 54.2 weight at night:54.8

10:00 Today for lunch i ate buckwhea t with baked salmon, avocado,vegetable salad with sour cream. Then i had green tea and went to another town. There i walked for about 3 hours. 12:00 For snack i had rice and coconut drink. 3:00 For lunch i had baked salmonwith teriyaki sauce, avocado, spring onion, brocoli with butter,. Then i had camomile tea and ate few macarons (6) ( handmade by mum, yummy!) 7:00 For dinner i had smoked salmon with lettice, avocado, onion, tomato. Yummy!   Then i ate few more macaroons (6) and butter milk ... Then i did some exercise to get rid of all the carbs that i ate! I also made a fitness program i have to follow every day. Weight in the morning: 54.2 weight at night: 54.6 I colour products red, to show how many new carbs i eat every day, cause i needd to add them graduall so my body will get used to them :) I also work out on my own fitness program to use ever day, which will include full body interval workout :)

Maintain my weight week 1 day 4

Today i ate a lot, unfortunately due to error this day was not saved, but anyway, the main things are: i wanna make exercise routine to follow to get rid of loose skin on arms and fat on tommy. I need to add carbs gradua;ly, from tomorrow on i will eat grains and milk products. I also need to try not to overeat so no nuts because i go nuts with them. Weight in the morning: 54.5 Weight at night: 55

Maintain my weight week 1 day 3

8:00 Today for breakfast i had baked salmon with avocado, teriyaki sauce, spring onion and because it seems that i need to esat more ca to maintain weight, i also ate a bit of vegetable mix. I am quite puzzled now: i meani know that to maintain weight, i need to add carbs slolwy, that is what i do, but i aso need to eat more calories, which is a problem, im used to eat smaller portions now, so i dont want to overeat by consuming more ca... And if i eat food that has higher ca, then i will overeat carbs as well... Dilema... I will try eating 1500 ca today and see what will happen tomorrow. Then i had camomile tea and went for a walk 11:00 As my snack and carbs intake i had chocolate youghurt . Yummy! But too sweet...i have to admit that i felt too much sugar there... Maintain my weight week 1 day 2

Today for breakfast i had one carrot with apple ( my carb addition ). Yummy!n but was too sweet Then i had camomile teaand ate few peanuts (20 gr) and went for a walk. I also take some tablets from my tommy which have sugar... Hm, i wonder how it will influence my diet... At 1:00 for lunch i had baked salmon with teriyaki sauce, avocado, cabbage salad with carrot and onion, spring onion. Yummy! Then i also had chocolate yoghurt (yummy) Then i had green tea and went for a walk. After i did some exercise. For dinner i had baked mushrooms, pepper, carrot, auburgine, courgette, 1 spoon of oil, onion and tuna. I know sounds like a lot but its not as it was mix and i didnt eat that much. I also ate spring onion and piece of smoked fish, it was delish! Then i did some exercise Weight in the morning:  54.7 weight at night:  55.1

Maintain my weight week 1 day 1

So, initially i wanted to have 50 kg weight, but because it took me too long to get 55 kg (over 3 months), and additionaly i got sick from who knows what, i decided to slolwy leave the diet and just maintain weight at 55. I will loose 5 more kg maybe later, when i will get better or so. Anyway, i look ok anyway. Because up until now i was on restricted carbs diet, i need to introduce them back again slowly. So, the plan is: 22- 26 June- eat half a fruit as a snack                          27-1 June- eat full fruit as a snack                          2- 6 July- eat both fruit and something like rice, oat, etc. This way, the carbs will be introduced slolwy and hopefullt my weight wil lstay the same (fingers crossed).
