Maintain my weight week 1 day 4
Today i ate a lot, unfortunately due to error this day was not saved, but anyway, the main things are: i wanna make exercise routine to follow to get rid of loose skin on arms and fat on tommy.
I need to add carbs gradua;ly, from tomorrow on i will eat grains and milk products.
I also need to try not to overeat so no nuts because i go nuts with them.
Weight in the morning: 54.5
Weight at night: 55
