Maintain my weight week 2 day 12

8:00 Today for brekfast i had brocolli with 1 spoon of butter and baked salmon with teriyaki sauce, asparagus, avocado.
Then i had green tea and went for a walk
10:00 As a snack i had few peanuts.
1:00 For lunch i had mix of baked peppers, onion, tomato, avocado, asparagus, brocoli. I ate it with pickled cucumbers, tuna with garlic and mayo.
Then i had buttermilk and a piece of apple tart... i know, im so weak.. will try to get rid of the energy i ate by walking, exercising and running.
So, i read that its good to have carbs before exercise, wo i decided to do some exercise after.
For dinner i had baked with salmon teriyaki sauce.Then i had another piece of pie...
Then i did some exercise.
Then i went for a walk
Weight in the morning: 54.5
weight at night: 55.7
