Maintain my weight week 2 day 9
THIS WEEK I WILL WORK ON FLAT STOMACK AND HANDS, FOR THIS I WILL FOLLOW THIS ROUTINE:
1.exercise every day, do resistance training
2. drink water with lemon and ginger
3. eat as little sweets as possible
4. eat smaller portions but often
5. use apple cider vinegar
6. keep walking a lot
7. do mindfuo eating
8.reduce stress level
9.eat eggs, almonds, oats, greek youghurt, milk, kefir, brocoli, tuna, fish, peanuts, kefir, some youghurst, pickles, eat nuts, seeds, avocados, olive oil.
10. drink tea and coffee
Today i found out that my cholosterol is high- 6.4, so t lower it, i have to follow:
1. eat food that lowers cholosterol: avocado, oats, beans, nuts, Apples, grapes, strawberries, citrus fruits, garlic.
2. eat less sugar
3. eat fish not 3 but 2 times a day.
TODAY I WILL DO FISH FREE DAY (because i think i eat too much of it)
8:00 Today, for breakfast i had smoothie made of coconut, banana, nuts, seeds, vanilla yoghurt.t was yummy but made me feel so full!
Then i had green tea and went for a walk.
At 11:00 i had a snack- seaweed coated nuts
Then i did some exercise.
At 1:00 for lunch i had mushroom soup with onion. Yummy!
Then i had some camomile tea and some nuts
5:00 For dinner i hadbuckwheat with milk and spoon of butter. Healthy and yummy.
Then i went for a walk
Then as a snack i had apple tart (a lot of it) and green tea
Then i did some exercise to get rid of all the calories i overtae today.
I focuased on arms and tommy tonning, as i stil lhave problems with them, but the dilema is that i was sick for a while with my tummy so i cant use it too hard...
Weight in the morning: 54.1
weight at night:55
