Maintain my weight week 1 day 7

TRY NOT TO OVERATE
LESS SWEETS (for flat tommy)

8:00 For breakfast i had fried on 2 spoons of oil swordfish with onion. I also ate vegetable salad with sour cream.

Then i had green tea and went for a walk.

11:00 For snack i had rice and cococnut drink.

I also went to another town for a walk. I walked for about 3 hours.  

For lunch i had pancake with cream, strawberry and maple syrop. 

Then i had herbal tea.

5:00 For dinner i hadsmoked salmon with vegetables, then i had buttermilk with piece of chocolate

7:00 as a snack i had peanuts

Today i decided not to do exercise and see how my body will react on it

Weigh in the morning:53.9
weight at night:  54.7
