Maintain my weight week 1 day 2

Today for breakfast i had one carrot with apple (my carb addition). Yummy!n but was too sweet

Then i had camomile teaand ate few peanuts (20 gr) and went for a walk.

I also take some tablets from my tommy which have sugar... Hm, i wonder how it will influence my diet...

At 1:00 for lunch i had baked salmon with teriyaki sauce, avocado, cabbage salad with carrot and onion, spring onion. Yummy!

Then i also had chocolate yoghurt (yummy)

Then i had green tea and went for a walk. After i did some exercise.

For dinner i had baked mushrooms, pepper, carrot, auburgine, courgette, 1 spoon of oil, onion and tuna. I know sounds like a lot but its not as it was mix and i didnt eat that much. I also ate spring onion and piece of smoked fish, it was delish!

Then i did some exercise

Weight in the morning:  54.7
weight at night:  55.1
