Maintain my weight week 2 day 8

THIS WEEK I WILL WORK ON FLAT STOMACK AND HANDS, FOR THIS I WILL FOLLOW THIS ROUTINE:
1.exercise every day
2. drink water with lemon and ginger
3. eat as little sweets as possible
4. eat smaller portions but often
5.eat probiotic foor: kefir, some youghurst, pickles
7.eat nuts, seeds, avocados, oliveoil, 
8. do resistance training
10. keep walking a lot
11.drink a lot of water
12. do mindfuo eating
13.reduce stress level
14.eat more protein:eggs, almonds, oats, greek youghurt, milk, kefir, brocoli, tuna, fish, peanuts
15. drink tea and coffee 

Today i found out that my cholosterol is high- 6.4, so t lower it, i have to follow:
1. eat food that lowers cholosterol: avocado, oats, beans, nuts,  Apples, grapes, strawberries, citrus fruits, garlic, ginger.
2.  eat less sugar
3. eat fish not 3 but 2 times a day.

Today for breakfast i had fried on 2 spoons of oil sword fish with onion, egg.

Then i had green tea and went for a walk.

At 11:00 for a snack i had rice cookie and nuts

 At 1:00 for lunch i had baked potato with baked tuna and vegetable salad with sour cream.

Then i had camomile tea.

Then i went for a walk.

7:00 For dinner i had cabbage and carrot salad with fried on 1 spoon of oil tuna and onion.

As a snack i had buttermilk with chocolate

Then i did some exercise

Weight in the morning: 54
Weight at night:  55.5
