Maintain my weight week 2 day 13

 OK, SO TODAY NO SWEETS AT ALL

6:30 Today for breakfast i had mix of apple and carrot with sour cream.

Then i had green tea and went for a walk.

9:00 As a snack i had peanuts.

1:00 For lunch i ate baked basa fillet with cabbage with carrot, onion, pickles, 1 spoon of butter,garlic.

Then i had camomile tea with cookies with chocolate...Seriously, me and sweets are like day and night, cant be together but also cant live without each other... Anyway, it was all food i ate today, because i ate too many tarts...

Then i did some exercise.

Then i went for a walk.

I know that i shouldnt eat anything else today, because i ovrate sweets but i also know that i shouoldnt not eat anything until tomorrow, it was only 12 when i overate, so i think i will have some snack at 5 or 6 to keep my methabolism up.

As a snack and dinner i had red currant

Then i had more cupcakes.. but mam they wree so yummy, so it was my dinner, so i wont regret it, i decided to go running after to make sure i will burn at least some ca i overate.

So i went running

Weight in the morning: 55 0.o its either because i overate or because i exercise and grow muscles, either way, i need to eat less sweets and oveall practice mindful eaing to keep that damn weight off.
