Maintain my weight week 2 day 11

EAT ONLY WHEN HUNGRY
SMALLER PORTIONS BUT OFTEN

Ok, so ive decided to go back to diet for 3 days, on the 4th i will slolwy come out of it, because im going on holidays for about 3 weeks and i always go food crazy there, so wanna get the body i want to be able to say a bit of no to that.
DIET DAY (low carb diet) 1 OUT OF 3
7:00 Today for breakfast i ate baked egg with tuna, avocado, onion, spring onion.
Then i had green tea and went for awalk-run (30 min, im still lerning how to run, so i walk and run and walk and run)
10:30 For snack i had roasted salted peanuts.
11:30 For lunch i had cabbage salad with carrot, onion, i ate it with fried on 1 spoon of oil tuna and onion.
Then i had camomile tea and went for a walk
4:00 For dinner i had brocolli with 1 spoon of butter and baked tuna, asparagus.
As a snack i had milk and 3 makaroons...
Then i went for a walk and did some exercise
Weight in the morning: 54.7 0.o ( i know why thoutgh- i overate pie yesteday... hopefuly lesson learned)
weight at night: 55.6
