Maintain my weight week 2 day 10

NO SWEETS OR BREAD for flat tommy ( FOR HOLIDAY)
no nuts overeating
eat smaller portion but often 


Today for breakfast i ate youghurt, coconut, banana, seed and nuts.

Then i had green tea and went for a walk.

For lunch i had asparagus, baked prawns with vegetables, avocado, spring onion.

As a snack i had nuts and seeds Then i had some exerfcise. 

Then i had uttermilk with apple tart and i overtae it, so not gonna eat more sweets till holiday to get that flat tommy. 

Then i ate mre apple tarts, as my dinner... Thats it , mo more sweets!

Then i did some exercise for tommy and arms. 

weight in the morning: 54.2
weight at night:  55.4
