Maintain my weight week 2 day 15

This is my last post for now, im going home, for about 2-3 weeks. Today i willl fly home, so i will eat as follows: Breakfast- wrap with salmon and lettice Lunch- wrap with salmon and lettice Dinner nuts and raisnings And fingers crossed so i wont gain more weight at my holidays cause it will be meh for me and my skin and my health

Maintain my weight week 2 day 14

Today is my last day before holiday, so will try to eat less carbs, so no more writing blog for about 3 weeks, but i will keep recording myu food on my fitbit and count calories and hopefuly will maintain my weight, but im not sure as food over in my country is so damn delish! 8:00 Anyway, today for breakfast i had red kidney beans with baked sea bas, spring onion. Then i had green tea and 1 hour after went running. 10:30 As a snack i had red currant. 12:30 For lunch i had baked seabas with vegetable salad and sour cream, it was yummy! Then i had camomile tea. 2:00 As a snack i had rice and coconut drink and a few nuts Then i went for a walk  5:00 For dinner i had 2 wraps filled with vegetables and smoked salmon, i know, i a lot f ca, but well worth it as it was delihs :) Then i did some more exercise.  Weight in the morning: 54.4 (thats because i moved a lot yesterday to get rid of all calories i got from eating sweets) weight at night: 55.9 (0.o) I know why thou

 OK, SO TODAY NO SWEETS AT ALL 6:30 Today for breakfast i had mix of apple and carrot with sour cream. Then i had green tea and went for a walk. 9:00 As a snack i had peanuts. 1:00 For lunch i ate baked basa fillet with cabbage with carrot, onion, pickles, 1 spoon of butter,garlic. Then i had camomile tea with cookies with chocolate...Seriously, me and sweets are like day and night, cant be together but also cant live without each other... Anyway, it was all food i ate today, because i ate too many tarts... Then i did some exercise. Then i went for a walk. I know that i shouldnt eat anything else today, because i ovrate sweets but i also know that i shouoldnt not eat anything until tomorrow, it was only 12 when i overate, so i think i will have some snack at 5 or 6 to keep my methabolism up. DIET DAY (low carb diet) 2 OUT OF 3  MINDFUL EATING DONT OVEREAT  NO SWEETS 8:00 Today for brekfast i had brocolli with 1 spoon of butter and baked salmon with teriyaki sauce, asparagus, avocado. Then i had green tea and went for a walk 10:00 As a snack i had few peanuts. 1:00 For lunch i had mix of baked peppers, onion, tomato, avocado, asparagus, brocoli. I ate it with pickled cucumbers, tuna with garlic and mayo. Then i had buttermilk and a piece of apple tart... i know, im so weak.. will try to get rid of the energy i ate by walking, exercising and running. So, i read that its good to have carbs before exercise, wo i decided to do some exercise after.  For dinner i had baked with salmon teriyaki sauce.Then i had another piece of pie... Then i did some exercise. Then i went for a walk Weight in the morning: 54.5 weight at night:  55.7

Maintain my weight week 2 day 11

DONT OVERATE MINDFUL EATING EAT ONLY WHEN HUNGRY SMALLER PORTIONS BUT OFTEN BE ACTIVE Ok, so ive decided to go back to diet for 3 days, on the 4th i will slolwy come out of it, because im going on holidays for about 3 weeks and i always go food crazy there, so wanna get the body i want to be able to say a bit of no to that. DIET DAY (low carb diet) 1 OUT OF 3 7:00 Today for breakfast i ate baked egg with tuna, avocado, onion, spring onion. Then i had green tea and went for awalk-run (30 min, im still lerning how to run, so i walk and run and walk and run) 10:30 For snack i had roasted salted peanuts. 11:30 For lunch i had cabbage salad with carrot, onion, i ate it with fried on 1 spoon of oil tuna and onion. Then i had camomile tea and went for a walk 4:00 For dinner i had brocolli with 1 spoon of butter and baked tuna, asparagus. As a snack i had milk and 3 makaroons... NO SWEETS OR BREAD for flat tommy ( FOR HOLIDAY) no nuts overeating eat smaller portion but often  Today for breakfast i ate youghurt, coconut, banana, seed and nuts. Then i had green tea and went for a walk. For lunch i had asparagus, baked prawns with vegetables, avocado, spring onion. As a snack i had nuts and seeds Then i had some exerfcise.  Then i had uttermilk with apple tart and i overtae it, so not gonna eat more sweets till holiday to get that flat tommy.  Then i ate mre apple tarts, as my dinner... Thats it , mo more sweets! Then i did some exercise for tommy and arms.  weight in the morning: 54.2 weight at night:  55.4

THIS WEEK I WILL WORK ON FLAT STOMACK AND HANDS, FOR THIS I WILL FOLLOW THIS ROUTINE: 1. exercise every day, do resistance training 2. drink water with lemon and ginger 3. eat as little sweets as possible 4. eat smaller portions but often 5. use apple cider vinegar 6. keep walking a lot 7. do mindfuo eating 8.reduce stress level 9.eat eggs, almonds, oats, greek youghurt, milk, kefir, brocoli, tuna, fish, peanuts, kefir, some youghurst, pickles , eat nuts, seeds, avocados, olive oil. 10. drink tea and coffee  To day i found out that my cholosterol is high- 6.4, so t lower it, i have to follow: 1. eat food that lowers cholosterol: avocado, oats, beans, nuts,  Apples, grapes, strawberries, citrus fruits, garlic. 2.  eat less sugar 3. eat fish not 3 but 2 times a day. TODAY I WILL DO FISH FREE DAY (because i think i eat too much of it) 8:00 Today, for breakfast i had smoothie made of coconut, banana, nuts, seeds, vanilla yoghurt.t was yummy but made me feel so full!
